Get Support

We don’t want you to have important conversations with your children without giving you support services to contact if your child shares something with you that might concern you.

For example, your child might share that:

  • They have been feeling down a lot lately and this has been going on for a while now and can’t get out of this feeling. It might be worth having a conversation with Beyond Blue or Lifeline.
  • They are struggling with eating and how they look and that this is what they are thinking about all the time. They might even share how they have skipped a few meals lately because they don’t want to put on any weight. This could be cause for concern and calling The Butterfly Foundation could be a good start.

Below you will find different services that may provide valuable help in your time of need. Please also check out the Parent Resources page from experts on these various topics that may also support future conversation and learning.
