HELPING YOU HAVE MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS AROUND THE DINNER TABLE

The Table Talk Project Explained

What’s In It For The Families At The Table?

We invite you to make time for a family dinner once a week.

Plan Your Meal
(Entree)

The Entree is the food that you will prepare and eat. You can choose from one of our recipes or use one of your own.

Have Conversation (Main)

The Main is the conversation that you are going to engage in. You are creating a space to have deep conversations - real conversations. You can try one of our conversation starters or start a conversation of your own.

Have A Check-In (Dessert)

The Dessert is where you bring closure to your conversations. Here you will make sure that everyone has been listened to and heard, and are going to be ok when they leave the table.

Feedback

At the end of your meal, click on 'BACK AT THE TABLE', where you can provide us with valuable information about how your table time went. This will help us to keep providing the support families need to talk together around food.

My Why
-
Now, as a dad with my own family, I really want my children to know that they have a voice, that they are listened to and heard and nothing is off of the table to talk about.
